Pham Thi Ngoc Tran (Chinese 范氏玉陳; 1386 - March 24, 1425), also known as Empress Dowager Cung Tu (恭慈皇太后) or concubine Pham Hien (范賢妃), was the wife of Le Loi - prime minister. led the Lam Son uprising, later became King Le Thai To.

Pham Thi Ngoc Tran is from Quan Lai, Loi Duong district (present-day Tho Xuan district), Thanh Hoa. She was the younger sister of General Pham Van, who later became a great minister of the Later Le Dynasty.

Le Loi praised and had pity on him, and told this servant to set a date for the sacrifice. At that time, Nguyen Long was only 3 years old, she gave it to her servants to raise and follow the sacrifices, and she threw herself to death, and that was March 24.
When Cao Hoang pacified the Ming army, he told his courtiers: "She is worthy to be the lord of a hundred gods of our country, no one dares to disobey her". Then he sent the person in Nhan Tram cave, Le Coi, to bring the coffin to be buried in Thanh Hoa. Going to Thinh My commune, it was dark. Before I could cross the river, I slept at the market. At night termites piled up around the coffin in a very high pile, turning into a grave. The messenger found it strange, returned to Cao Hoang, said: "That's the god who did according to the promise", then told him to leave the coffin there, build the Hien Nhan temple to worship, and at the same time set up a temple. , but the god master in Lam Kinh to sacrifice.
At that time, Cao Hoang set up his eldest son, District King Le Tu Te, to be the country's governor, taking care of the central court but forgetting about Le Nguyen Long. One day in the middle of the afternoon, Cao Hoang was sleeping and suddenly dreamed that the Empress lamented: "The Emperor - my husband; since the beginning of the army to quell the rebellion, I have given the god by you. your promise is still unfulfilled", then vanishes.
Cao Hoang woke up in a panic, his heart was filled with emotions, so he made Nguyen Long the eldest son and allowed him to succeed to the throne.
